Sears repair technicians are talented and skilled at repairs. Dryer is fixed, thank you! Brian and Kurtis have done excellent work on our appliances. First visit automated scheduling kept changing eta for hours and texting me for info I already entered, no way to contact a live person for support or info, but most recent visit eta was spot on and very convenient. Highly prefer live humans over automated systems, think Sears should change back to live customer support instead of AI. The actual technicians are truly excellent.
