This is a little bit of an odd review. We had a tech come out, didn’t look at our washer once. Was here maybe 8 minutes. Parts ordered. New tech comes out and finds the problem and saves us almost 700 bucks. First tech…. Incompetent. Second tech…. Hero.

Very friendly. Gentleman came in and did what he had to do. Explain. He was exchanging the ice maker and told me it would take some time to make ice and waiting to see when they get cold enough on the inside if it make ice or not but he did an excellent job, but it's not running any water into the ice maker. Both components have to work together in order to receive ice
