After the first visit by the first technician, I felt that the customer service at Sears was terrific. But between the first technician and Lito your customer service went in the toilet and I didn’t think it was gonna come out. When Lito arrived he was polite professional got right to work and got the job done within an hour. He corrected Sears mis-step and now I’m a happy customer.
