Super knowledgeable . Took upon himself to contact me when ordered part came in 3 days earlier than expected. Immediately called with the and arranged for installation of defective 3 days earlier than expected. Super man and very courteous. Way to go. With service and technicians like this is the reason I have been a loyal Sears customer for over 50 years. .

John technician met him at my house to do service on my riding mower explained to me what the problem was took care of the problem tested riding mower to make sure was working right problem solved. John did great job to get riding mower going again. Thanks John

Kurtis arrived on time, listened to my description of the sound the washer made before quitting, then hooked up a diagnostic tool to the machine and got started. Within 1.5 hours he had the repair finished and tested. I was happy with his work but hoped the bill had been lower.
