Brandon from Sears was one of the nicest service technician that I have had come out to service my washing machine. He took his time to explain how my new Maytag washer was working and that it was performing normally. Thanks Brandon!

He was a very hard worker that went above and beyond helping me. The only thing was he only had to turn the t on the waterline. He shouldn't have to charge me the whole 130 dollars to just turn the t valve. He was wonderful though. Not his fault the price. I'd love to be able to have him do all my work around the house and appliances. He's a friendly, kind, go getter.
