I thought the person that came out did an excellent job. He was polite, knowledgeable and figured out the problem and solved it. He gave me some advice about the ovens. However I was not happy with how many text I received from the company asking me to confirm the appointment. I was badgered at least 6-8 times. I felt that was totally unnecessary. At one point I was sorry I called this company but it turned out okay.
