Lito looked at the problem as I explained it. He said the only cause of that problem is a water valve that isn't closing completely ... as I expected. He triggered the icemaker several times, but didn't see any leakage. He suggested I try it again and wait 30 days. If it still isleaking into the cube bin, I should call him back. His exam and advice was well-explained and a reasonable solution. I'll watch for further leakage.
