He was a very hard worker that went above and beyond helping me. The only thing was he only had to turn the t on the waterline. He shouldn't have to charge me the whole 130 dollars to just turn the t valve. He was wonderful though. Not his fault the price. I'd love to be able to have him do all my work around the house and appliances. He's a friendly, kind, go getter.

We didn’t know that Sears Appliance service was still in business. So happy we called. Servicer was great! Very experienced and knew just what to do! Problem solved! We have relied on Sears for well over 30 years. Never a disappointment.

Bennie was great with checking out the dryer for lint build up. Pierre did a good job looking at the washer. The repair was to much because it needed a new control board. Cost 700. Maytag mvw4505mw. Just over a year old. Can buy a new washer for cheaper. Not his fault. I would recommend Sears to others.
