Technician was amazing and very thorough. Super nice and knowledgeable. The customer service however was actually awful. After waiting seven hours for the technician to show up, I received a text message that my service was cancelled. Called customer service and everyone was foreign so it was difficult to even understand. They proceeded to tell me that I was the one that cancelled the service which was ridiculous. I never called anyone to cancel. Technician great! Customer service the absolute worst!

They were within the time frame. The service technician was not very informative of what was wrong with my oven. His assistant told me more than he did. I had to ask questions about what was wrong and if it could be fixed. I just would like to have had more interaction and information.

John sears knew how to install the new part. Waited. For. 1 compete cycle on my fairly new washer to occur. But,,I did not. Like the hard push on first visit, week ago, for me to purchase a blanket maintenance agreement. For all my appliances at a cost of 79.95 per month for 15 months.. way too high a price, and my newest item is 5 yrs old. No thanks. Overall he did good work.
