I hired him to fix my elderly parent’s stove. Scheduling online was a breeze. The technician was in touch with me several times today regarding timeframe and his status. He ended up being late and past his quitting time but still showed up to fix the stove. He was also lovely with my parents.

Dave was phenomenal - very professional and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what he thought the problem was, then quickly did the necessary work to allow the fan to work to cool the refrigerator.
