Tim did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, and efficient, both when he came out to diagnose our refrigerator and when he returned to install the necessary parts for the repair. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer our questions, which gave us complete confidence in his ability to fix the issue. We were very pleased with the service he provided and would not hesitate to use Sears Repair Services again in the future.

David was very polite and explained everything, he was very helpful. The pice i payed was way to high even after they waived the diagnosis fee. I could have bought a new dryer.
