Tim the technician was Great! Although our refrigerator was beyond repair, he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly, showed us what was wrong, and explained it in a way that was easily understood. I highly recommend Tim, and will be requesting him again the next time we need an appliance serviced!!
