The customer service website needs a lot of work. Dave is fantastic! I have had him multiple times for repairs and he is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

I requested afternoon service, and I got a text message at 8 AM, that the technician was on the way. I had to go to a funeral at 9:20. Scheduling needs to be improved.

The tech was professional and knowledgeable. Service was great! However, confirming my appointment was not straight forward. I replied on the text to confirm but I did not. I ultimately had to call the service number to confirm my appointment. This is nowhere or explained in the text thread. Please fix? Thank you.
