The service technician was nice and knowledgeable. Very frustrated that the washer was not even five years old and already needed a 600.00 replacement board! The real people were easy to work with but the "computer" person who I had to "talk" with 8 times to find out when the tech would arrive only to find out the computer told me after 7 hours of waiting, the order was shut down for the day! No consumer should have NO ACCESS TO A HUMAN REPRESENTATIVE! This is not good customer service.

The appointment was cancelled on May 13 by your technician at 2:30 pm he texted that it would be rescheduled. I cancelled 2 doctors appt. for this service date and he never showed. I immediately called Frigidaire and said that i wanted another service repair co. They(Frigiadaire} then immediately cancelled the appt with you(Sears}..Then we got text said new date was May 14 and we cancelled that only to get email stating Frank would show up at 11:39 am which he didn't...Got call 216 area code from frank at 2:03 pm wanting to know what our address was..We told him it was cancelled by Frigidaire yesterday.. He must have put it in as a service call...by he never showed up here to make it....I will never have anything to do with a service that will not let you speak to a person (not a virtual computer system which clearly does not work....Plus I thought it was rude to get a text at 2:30 in the afternoon stating you were cancelling the appt for that day 13th after I rescheded my appts so you could come out that day, plus I got a email on 13 at 7:45 that morning saying tech.. would be out at 8:45 am.....which he never showed for , only waiting all day and receiving a text cancelling appt that day at 2:30 pm..And you wonder why I changed my appt to another company.....

Estimated the repair cost at $400 for a $70 part that took me 10 minutes to install myself. He did tell me what needed replacing so I could do it myself.
