I was not present but my wife was, she said he was prepared, very efficient and got the job done quickly. My only grief is not with John, but with the fact it took almost two months to get it done. Hopefully if I have further need of service in the future it can come somewhat faster. This is not a complaint on John, as I said, he did a great job.

Paid $130 for a “diagnostic” from Sears Home Services and the technician did not actually diagnose anything. He didn’t move the fridge, remove panels, or check components. He looked at the display and immediately said it was a sealed system leak and quoted $1,700+. The fridge started working normally again shortly after, which makes that diagnosis very questionable. I filed complaint case #8026456 and was told I’d get a follow-up in 3–5 days. It’s been over two weeks with no response. Paid for a diagnostic, didn’t receive one, and customer service did nothing to resolve it. Would not use them again.
