Conrad was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a good job. It was not on him that it took 2 weeks for a service call and then another week to get the parts to fix it. Your appliance repair company however, leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is automated so you can't talk to a real person and get any real answers.

When I set up this appointment, I was asked for a photo of my appliance, as well as the serial number and model number(which I provided….three times). I was told this would ensure that the correct parts would come with the technician the first visit, and if parts were not available, my appointment would be rescheduled so as not to waste anyone's time. I was thanked for providing the information, and told that I would receive a confirmation on my appointment. When I received verification of the appointment I figured the part(s) would be coming along. My window to wait the day of my appointment was 8-3. John arrived between 4-4:30. He opened the bottom drawer of my stove and took a photo of the serial number and model number. I told him that I had already sent those over so that parts could be ordered and brought the first time. He NOT received that information, so he drove all the way from Canton to Mansfield….basically for nothing, and I lost an entire day (and now had to wait for the parts to be ordered and schedule another day to wait.) John(the technician) was great and made sure that he got to me as early as he could on our scheduled day. I appreciate your help in fixing my appliance, but I think things should have been organized better so that I (the customer) didn't have to lose so much time…not to mention the time it takes for the technician to run from one place to another and not get anything accomplished. We. Hold all have saved a second trip. I rate John as a 5 star since he did what he could to make things happen and save me from losing 2 whole days!

Maytag washer
Technician showed up for the second time of being here and then refused to do anything claiming there was not enough room to work on the appliance. Which he did not let us know during his first visit prior to his second visit even though he had seen the room. All parts were on top of washer upon his arrival.

If I could put no stars I would
Tech came out and put tape on a malfunctioning part told us that was all he could do and that we couldn't use a function of our appliance anymore.
