Sears Technician Austin
Austin was very friendly and completed service call on timely manner. Austin notified me prior to his arrival and had me inspect the parts prior to installation. I had a good experience with no complaints.

Great guy
Our technician was amazing. Even though he couldn't do much to help because of frozen water pipes, he was very empathetic and thorough in his job. He explained everything clearly and made sure I knew that if it doesn't resolve in 30 days after the pipes unfreeze that they can come back.

Professional, great tech
Good guy who knows what he is doing and is also personable. Doesn't mess around just gets done what needs to get done and leaves. Diagnosed the problem ordered the parts then fixed is when they came in! Very good service!
