warranty
I am very saddened that my warranty was out for 1 month. I have been under a lot of pressure for the last 3 month. We found out my husband had larynx cancer. We had so many tests and dr appts to go to that nothing else mattered. He had his laynx removed at the James Cancer Hospital July 6th. I drove 23 days to see him at 126 miles a day. They have now moved him to Bucyrus but he has a lot more to do before he can come home. Conrad was here to look at my fridge and found out the compressor is out. But he also told me my warranty had just expired 1 month ago. Since I only missed by one month is there any way I can pay that warranty and get my fridge fixed ? The fridge is only 4 yrs old. Model 795 79442810 Purchased 7-30-2019 I feel the compressor should have lasted more than 4 years.

Conrad went right to work and found the problem Unfortunately it was a bad control panel which is not available anymore Had to go purchase a new dryer Would certainly recommend Conrad

Conrad was great and professional, he did the work on my stove and was gone, thank you. The only thing that bothers me is that it would be better to get updates by text, not Email because in my world, the flip phone does not work for Email and if I'm not home, how do I know if changes are made, the time I was given is 8am to 5pm, for a 30 minuet job, I need to be at work so not having to take off a whole day is much better, but a great job, thank you!!!

Service Rep was here early and looked the issue over. Fixed the issue but could not duplicate yhe problem. So will have to see how it goes. Hopefully the problem is fixed.
