Kurt was friendly and professional. He called before getting here and promptly arrived in agreed timeframe. He worked on my washing machine that was under warranty and replaced some parts to make machine work better. Very efficient!

I've had two other Service Plans with other companies. Neither would come to my house. They expected me to get the technician. Sears comes directly to my house. They ordered the parts. They came back and fixed my dishwasher. I'm so very pleased. My technician was the same person both times. He diagnosed the problem. He fixed the problem. I'm so very happy with this service!!
