Kurt from sears repair arrived on time and was very professional. He explained exactly was was going on with the repair of my appliance. He ordered the parts needed and fixed my stove. I appreciate his expertise and being respectful of my home. 5 stars.

I've had two other Service Plans with other companies. Neither would come to my house. They expected me to get the technician. Sears comes directly to my house. They ordered the parts. They came back and fixed my dishwasher. I'm so very pleased. My technician was the same person both times. He diagnosed the problem. He fixed the problem. I'm so very happy with this service!!
