Very manerable and prompt

Communication started with an ETA continuously updated on a website. The technician called 1 hour out to advise of their ETA and ask about current problems with appliance. Technician arrived on time, was prompt, efficient, careful and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with everything!

He was very nice and professional. My washer was to old and the parts are no longer available for it so it couldn't be fixed.

Terrible experience for a warranty service on a range only 3 months old. Poor communication, limited availability. I cant speak on their work because they never showed... and then billed us. I had to take the entire day off as the arrival time was 8am to 5pm. The technician said they would call or email when they were one their way. That did not happen. They claimed they arrived and no one was home (I have cameras, thats untrue). I tried calling to check if they went to my adress but there is no way to speak to an actual person. The "AI assistant" couldn't help me. When I finally got to a live chat, (45 min later) they had closed the call and I couldnt even reschedule for the rest of the day, let alone ask the technician to return. I do not recommend. Unfortunately, my warranty servicer chose them.
