Repairman didn't use a screwdriver or wrench, assuming I knew the problem. Made a couple phone calls, came up with $500+ estimate. I declined

Waited 1.5 weeks to even get an appointment, which had an 8 HOURS timeframe. Got at least 5 reminders for the appointment. 6 hours in, they cancelled on me and wouldn't reschedule for an entire week with another 8 hour timeframe. Incredibly unprofessional and the only "person" to speak to was AI. DO NOT USE.

Scheduled an appt. No one showed up. Get a receipt of what was wrong and what the cost of the repair is- although I don’t have to pay because it’s part of a warranty. I’m so confused and sick of dealing with AI chat bots.

Terrible company! You cant talk to any person directly. They tell my wife you just have to live with a inaccurate oven! She has been cooking for 50 years. They did not show up and they did not call to reschedule! They do not carry parts and really had no plans on fixing the problem on a brand new $1000 oven.

He arrived on time, and took numerous photos of the dishwasher. Looked at the part and looked at the problem, blew off my concerns, and stated that the machine wasn’t even on his list on how to repair it. So once again, I took off a day of work For 15 minutes and still nothings been done since July. Yes most of it has been on Lowe’s because they gave the machine that we purchased to someone else and gave us a different model. But there is no excuse for a brand new six day old machine to be broken . And yet now I have to take another day off of work for him to come back and try to repair it. This is not right this is pure injustice.
