Technician did a great job. However your AI phone messaging service would be the one reason I would not use your service again. Redundant messages, some giving numerous different appointment times and dates, very annoying. I had to call customer service to confirm the actual appointment date and time.

My dryer was shorting out and overheating due to a loose wire in the dryer. Gregory identified the problem, ordered the part, and installed it. Excellent work!!
