The service technician Pierre is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient - this rating reflects him. The Sears communication system was not nearly as good and giving them two stars would be a stretch. Getting multiple text and email updates of an arrival time sounds like a good idea, but when they are obviously wrong, they just lead to frustration. Trying to use the system chat or make a phone call was a waste of time.

Brian G was great. He did maintenance servicing on our refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer about 2 months ago. Sadly our dryer's heating element broke and he came out to fix it. Super knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain everything, including showing me before and after the fix.
