The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this service! (The A.I. scheduling, however, is absolutely the worst "service" ever! Text messages that repeated over and over, asking us to confirm the appointment even though we had; text messages that listed the estimated time of arrival as "ET" - whatever that is; you can't get ahold of a live person; they re-scheduled service appointments without confirming it will work with our schedule, etc. We will cancel our Sears Warranty just because of the HORRIBLE A.I. lack of communication)
