The technician was great. However, I had a lot of difficulty getting to this point since the communication with Sears is extremely frustrating. Hopefully, the long awaited repairs will be long lasting.

Service technician was very polite. He is very knowledgeable and had our dryer running quiet within an hour. Very honest and answered any questions and concerns we had. Highly recommended him. On the other hand the call center and chat was awful.
