Our technician did a great job! He was professional and quickly repaired our dryer. I was also impressed with the earlier phone call from the gentleman who asked us what was wrong with our dryer and ordered the parts ahead of time. I was NOT impressed that our original appointment was cancelled without telling us. It seems that the “ system” assumed the parts hadn’t arrived yet and cancelled the appointment . Actually, the parts had been here for 5 days prior to the original appointment. A simple text or phone call could have confirmed that the parts had arrived. We had to wait TWO additional weeks for another appointment to open up. Calling Sears is a never ending circle of prompts and prerecorded messages. I attempted multiple times and could not speak to a representative. Bottom line - your guys in the field have always been great. The process getting them here is frustrating, impersonal, and needs improvement!

Technican was courtesy and polite. Schedule come earlier to replace part when it showed up early.

Technician was knowledgeable. But I would request you guys to maintain the time window which you have given to the customer. My scheduled window was 8-12 but technician came at 4pm. I was not sure he will show up or not I had to go to Costco and buy a backup portable AC. But he came and did his work. I appreciate it. But it would have been smoother if he could have come on time. Thank you.
