Saved me hundreds of dollars on new frig when we thought it was compressor, it was not! He prepared our frig & was very knowledgeable & repaired it relatively inexpensively. Gave details of repair & options, was very professional!

Technician was fantastic, that is what g to he 5 star review is for. The service before that was not good. The part arrived right before the appt to fix the dryer, but bc they were not told the part had shipped, the appt was cancelled and we had to wait to have a working dryer, there is no way to talk to a real person in their automated system, so you are just not feeling like you are being served well at all.
