They missed 2 appointments. With a window of 8-5 that’s a big deal. It is now 9pm and there is no sign of the service technician. There is no way to speak to a human. Terrible service. I will not be using them again and I will cancel my service contract.

Had an appt window of 1-5. Got an update he’d be at my house between 2:15-2:45pm. 3pm he’s still not there. I check my updates and I’m now back to a 1-5 window. Around 4pm it updates to 6:20pm. 6:20pm. I’m not a math expert but l that’s almost 90 mins past the agreed upon window. Never got a phone call from anyone. There was no contact info for me to reach out to someone to find out what’s going on. Left in the dark the entire day. So I canceled the appt and contacted another repair tech who called me back in 15 mins, gave me their personal contact info then arrived within 45 mins of my initial call. Just because they carry the Sears name means nothing. They’re a 2 bit operation that doesn’t understand how to run like a big company. Call a smaller, independent contractor who will actually care.

No Star services, Worst service I have ever seen in my lifetime. Please Please do not entertain Sears Home Services as a warranty provider. They are scammers only. The Guy didn’t turned up in my home and sent report to Warranty Company that is not covered. He didn’t even checked my furnace…. Oh My God. What a worst company.

This business is the absolute worst. I scheduled them a week ahead of time. Their policy is that if you do not cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment, they will charge you the diagnostic fee. I set aside my day found childcare and left work early waiting patiently for their arrival. The timeslot they gave me is 1 to 5 PM. At 4:30. I get a text from an AI bot stating that due to staffing issues they were canceling my appointment today and that they would be glad to reschedule me as soon as possible. I will never use these people.

This contractor works with American first home warranty, I called my refrigerator 3months ago, they make appointments about 6times to fix the refrigerator, by the time appointment is due, they keep canceling, so my refrigerator is still not done, because of sears home service, I am going give up no more hoping this company is come to fix my refrigerator. Anyone who ever Make a contract, please don’t waist your time to call back and forth with sears! They are annoying and non responsible contractors!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received on any appliance in my life. My dryer was down for an entire month Complete chaos. I bought Kenmore because it had a great brand at one point. I’m not sure if it’s Kenmore or the service agency, but I would highly advise not using this service

One star is too high. There is no way to reach a human being at this company, so no way to resolve problem, which is that the technician came an hour later that the app said he would, went to the wrong address, and didn't bother calling me before leaving with a report that I wasn't home. No, I wasn't at that address because you went to the wrong house!!! The only possible resolution offered by the company's AI is to call the technician using the phone number he left in his voice message, which would be a grand idea if he'd actually left a voice message. Unfreakinbelievable.

I had recently request service it is very bad experience with them. 6/4/2025 paid in full but no one’s coming get my stove fix . I keep calling them and 4times scheduled service 4time failed.. nobody on phone the only do on line chat . So don’t don’t don’t get any service with sear home service ! ! Don’t pay the money first until they coming fixed!! Pay attention Columbus Ohio and Delaware Ohio area ! They are scammer !!

My Fridgidaire refrigerator that was only 5 months old stopped cooling. I called for warranty service 4 times over two weeks before being scheduled for a repair date through Sears Home Repair services. Sears scheduled my repair dafe for two weeks away. Sears then reaschduled me for between 7am and 6pm on a Saturday adding an additional day of wait time. Attempting to call to complain you get an Al customer support agent that cannot provide you with any information or options. At noon on Saturday of my appointment I recieved a text messaging informing me a technician would not be making it and rescheduling my appointment for 1 week away. Sears has changed to an AI only customer service. You can no longer speak to a real person no matter what number you call. This is the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with I am now without my refrigerator for 5 weeks and no resolution. I will never use or recommend Fridgidaire products or Sears again.
