There is no customer service here, just automated messaging. It made it impossible to get more information and solve the problem. Ended up canceling and going with a different company.

My tech Brandon was great but company is a joke. All started when the automated system got my address wrong and kept sending my part to the wrong address. There was no way to reach a human being to do a simple address change. Kept getting a bot that couldn’t resolve the issue. Finally just canceled my order after four times trying to correct the address. My tech referred the issue to his manager, but the manager never followed up with me. Should have been a simple fix

This place is a joke and will definitely make a situation worse and say it’s better when it’s not. Elbert was our technician and was so grumpy. When he arrived the first thing I was greeted with was “are you paying, if not I’ll wait for whoever is”, mind you I am a grown adult that pays bills here. Elbert claimed to fix our issue with our HVAC and grumpily said we should be good the rest of the summer; not even 3 days later my AC was out again. Unfortunately they sent him back out and was just as grumpy. However, this time he said there was a leak and said it was there before he came out, mind you he was just out 3 days prior and said everything was fixed. Now we’re in a mess all do to a grumpy tech rushing through the job. Terrible customer service.

Tech called and said he wasn't coming. Still no air conditioning or followup from sears a week later. No wonder they filed bankruptcy.

Would not recommend!! Bad customer service, crazy prices, did not get my washer fixed. Scheduled 8-12, technician finally arrives just before 4pm. I open the door, he does not say a word or introduce himself, just stares at me. We go upstairs, and he says he still has 8min of lunch break, and stands in my laundry room for 8min. Then becomes passive aggressive with me over the agitator and insists it's broken. (It wasnt.) He then looks on his screen for a minute and says, "you have a big problem it's going to be so expensive." He claims the main control board is not working and he can't even run diagnostics. We ask why he thinks that and he says because no lights are on, so we push the start button and all the lights come on.... he then does diagnostics and concludes it's the drain pump, as we suspected. He states they don't keep any on hand so he would have to order the part then return another day. He shows me an estimate of $585. Mind you, the drain pump needed can be found online for $30-40. Do not waste your day on sears home services!!

I see the same issue and worst repair. The technician supposed to check work before closing the claim but he didn't. It is really horrible repair and technician.

Woke up this morning and the exact same problem codes are on our fridge. I have scheduled another appointment for tomorrow> Greg or another tech needs to fix it at no additional cost. Thank you for your reply. The phone number you gave me is an automated system with no option to speak to a person about this. How am I supposed to talk to anyone and get this resolved? Your customer service is the worst!!! I have a second tech scheduled to come this morning and he has not been informed of the problem. So I am going to have to tell him, he is going to have to confirm with Greg, the first tech, and maybe he will have the part he needs to fix it and maybe he won't. I am not paying an additional penny for this repair. Had you all been proactive and taken steps to make it right I would feel differently. But no one has cared enough to step up and handle this the way it should've been handled, including the first tech, Greg, who I have spoken to on the phone twice. He told me yesterday he would order the part , come and fix it, and only charge me for the part and he didn't follow up on any of that. It is left to me again to have to talk to the next tech coming today to get this done. If you really care and want to make this right, CALL ME. Don't ask me to call an automated system with no customer service.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. It starts when I scheduled the appointment, I should have known. The outsourced service provider they used, continued to try and sell me a warranty that I did not need. After the 3rd time of declining, I had to raise my voice and threaten to end the call.. Finally I had an appointment. Chris the technician was amazing, he diagnosed my washer, we had to pay for the part and labor to schedule the appointment. The part was ordered and we were on the books. Come the day of the appointment, the technician does not show, no call, no email. I checked my appointment email, did the tracking, to find my phone number was wrong. So I called, after being transferred 4 times, I was told that I canceled the appointment. I advised them that I in fact did not cancel my appointment, they had the wrong phone number. " Jake" advised me that he had to transfer me again, but nit to worry, the technician will be sent back. I was transferred to person #6. I was advised that they were sending a message to their scheduling board, advising them that I did not cancel my appointment, that they put my phone number in wrong and was assured the technician would be sent back. They also told me to keep my phone close by, that I would be getting a phone call very soon. Cool, I can do that! This was at noon! Now it's 4pm and I have not heard anything, I have my husband call! He was told the " the technician they assigned could not make it" ARE YOU KIDDING ME, I never received an email, call or text that a technician had been assigned, much less they canceled my appointment.. This company is a shit show, save yourself some time and money and call someone else!! So far I have paid $150 dollars for the technician to look at my washer and say " yep it's the rubber seal" And $490 for the repair $96 for the seal $359 labor $34.24 taxes It's now Jan 3, I have called every day. It's been escalated every day, I have been waiting for dispatch/routing team to call! I have been doing my part, but you are not doing your part.. Jan 2 schedule was Arrival time : 8a-12p so I cleared my schedule! Then it changed to 12p-3p, I changed my schedule again. Then I received an arrival time of 11:05p. To be changed to Jan 3 1-5p.. Every day I am told the technician will call me, the technician will be there today. Every day I am told that my phone number has been corrected, I will receive an email and call. Yet nothing! I ask for someone local to call, nothing.. Tell me to contact you, that's the biggest joke. YOU need to be CONTACTING ME!!
