Technician did not show up until 10 minutes before 5 o’clock when 5 o’clock is quitting time for our maintenance technicians. Technician apparently reported that it could not make the appointment when he showed up, which tells me that he did make the appointment but refused to stay because the maintenance was not there Can they not form by themselves and deal with the tenants?

WORST APPLIANCE COMPANY EVER!!!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!! I DIDN'T WANT TO DO THIS AND I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW FOR A COMPANY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, BUT THIS IS WORTH IT. THEY MISDIAGNOSED MY FRIDGE, NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX IT, AND NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND. I WAITED THREE MONTHS FOR THEM, AND THEY KEPT CANCELING EVERY APPOINTMENT. EACH APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED 2 1/2 WEEKS OUT AFTER THEY RESCHEDULED. WORST APPLIANCE COMPANY EVER. THIS IS THE 3RD MONTH MY FRIDGE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING, AND I HAVE ALREADY SPENT $600 WITH THEM. I KEEP CALLING THE TECHNICIANS, BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND.

On week 7 without a refrigerator. I've seen 3 technicians waiting on a fourth currently. Every appointment is a 2 week wait. Only 4 hour windows for appointments, meaning I'll be burning two full days of PTO. The most expensive warranty repair I've ever had. If it ever gets fixed.

Dryer is not fixed. Lowe's is sending another company out To fix it. Your guy was here for 5 minutes said it was fixed but he did not fix it

Update: I tried contacting Sears through Messenger as suggested by the business and zero customer service support provided. What a joke! I called the service number because I have a technician coming out tomorrow and still no part. 30 minutes on the phone and all I got was a someone will call you back and we don't know what's going on with your part. It would go a long way if a manager would directly reach out to me to resolve. There are no real leaders or people working for this company. All outsourced with zero stake in the game and zero accountability. Original Review:The worst customer service and experience I have ever had. The first technician came out and said the refrigerator compressor needed replaced but I wasn't able to move forward with ordering the part because I needed to get approval from my home warranty for repairs. I paid the diagnostic fee and instead of them just ordering the part for me after my home warranty approved the repair they required another technician to come out and charge me another diagnostic fee. That technician comes out and says the compressor is fine but we need to order a panel and a few other items. They had to order the parts and scheduled me two weeks out to allow time for the parts to come but a day before the appointment arrives I get an email stating that the part is unavailable and I need to reschedule. Mind you I have already paid in advance for the parts and the labor. They initially came out at the beginning of May and my fridge is still not fixed. I have tried calling their customer support but the automated system doesn't let you talk to anyone and if by luck you do get someone they transfer you. My home warranty is about to expire and I might be out money because of this company. Save yourself some time and frustration and go with a local company.

Non existant customer service. Waited two weeks for first repair appointment after giving extensive information about my dryer and the problem I was experiencing Technician arrived only to tell me he did not have the necessary dryer repair part, but did collect over $300 for the part and replacement. Another appointment was made on earliest available date two weeks later, but didn’t show up or call to cancel appointment. Very difficult to get a human customer service person to find out part was still not available. I cancelled order and will contact BBB with my concerns. My advice is to avoid doing business with this company. Otherwise you will be disappointed.
