Technician came to check my furnace due to a leak. He said the furnace was fine and that it must be a plumbing issue. Well the plumber noticed condensation coming from the pipes of the furnace which was causing the pooling of water. So not only did I pay a plumber for no reason, I now have to have another hvac technician come out to fix the issue that this one missed

I have been waiting for over ten days for the motherboard to ship for my fridge, I have now been without a fridge for two weeks. I can not get in touch with anyone, the service number disconnects after two or three rings. The other number is automated and also disconnects. Terrible service! I just hope my fridge gets repaired.
