repeated repair of refrig frost buildup causing fan noise
Heriberto's service was fine. The problem we have is this is the second time this year for the same "repair". This has never worked for more than 9 mos. This time it was 6. We have had this ge refrig repaired at least once a year for the same problem, twice a year multiple times. We have asked to have this reported to GE but as of this date GE has never heard from any repair service. It's our understanding there is an ACTUAL fix for this issue by adding an add. heater to the back to stop the frost buildup. We have been forced to buy a new refrig because this issue has continued. Had someone contacted GE maybe they would have replaced it.

Elbert came out and double checked out ac system and was able to determine low voltage problem was the cause of our ac issues. He retested everything and even showed us where it was. Appreciated his knowledge and professionalism in helping us get to the bottom of the problem!
