Dishwasher repair
Toby went above and beyond with our service repair. Not only did he complete the repairs well and efficiently, he also made sure our appointment was completed on the day it was scheduled for. I am not satisfied with the rest of how this company preforms though. The day of my appointment I was given notification 5 hours after the earliest arrival time that my appointment was rescheduled. I was unable to speak with anyone about this and was either directed to an automated line or hung up on by anyone live I spoke with. It was ONLY because of Toby that my repair was completed as promised on my scheduled and confirmed day. I feel that the customer service provided by Sears and how they treat their service technicians is awful as a whole and will not be using them again in the future.
