Heriberto was wonderful!❤️ He kept in touch with us & even arrived earlier than we anticipated!! Wonderful person! He also had the correct compressor in his vehicle! Fixed it and it's running great! Just upset that the earliest day Sears gave us for repair was 2 1/2 weeks out and we had no refrigerator !😬 no way of contacting anyone to move up the date! Not impressed with Sears!

The Serviceman(Lito) was very knowledgeable about my refrigerator. He was able to clean under the bottom of frig and raised the top door as it was not level. He also offered a contract for up to 6 appliances, which I took. Thank you for having Great top employees on board.

Toby was very efficient! I was on a business phone call when he arrived. He quietly got to work...and quickly finished. Articulately explained what he did. Joke around a bit! And then left. No muss...no fuss! And no mess!
