While it took Sears Home Services over 3 weeks to get a tech to the home... They cancelled the first appointment... The service that I received from Elbert was wonderful. Within 15 minutes he arrived at my home. Diagnosed the problem. Swapped a new part for the broken one and was on his way to his next appointment.

Yesterday, my laundry room was filled with water after doing a load of towels mixed with T-shirts. John came and went over the entire machine looking for leaks and couldn't find any and came to the conclusion that probably an unbalanced load had allowed the machine tub to wobble, and spray water outside of the tub as it was spinning. He helped me put a metal pan that I had purchased under the washer before he left so that if it happened again, the water won't spread.

Heriberto does wonderful work but I can't say anything good about scheduling or getting to the right dept for help. They keep transferring you to someone else. I've been dealing with this issue since I called back in April. No fridge since first of April. Lots of time and stress spent over trying to get help
