Jose Lito was fantastic he was very knowledgeable an detailed in what the issue was concerning my fridge he showed me everything he was doing an explained why the ice buildup was messing up the fan he’s GREAT VERY nice technician! I give him a 10 rating !

The service technician arrived within the service window. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. He was very knowledgeable and provided an estimated repair cost. We opted not to repair the unit based on the cost and age of the appliance.

Does it well and does it right! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I'm absolutely blown away with the knowledge base and skills Ben possesses in his toolbox box. I haven't shopped at a Sear's in many years, obviously, but I will definitely be calling their appliance repair team again when needed.
