Just had a tech named Kurtis come and check out my stackable washer and dryer he got it diagnosed in less then an hour I would highly recommend!!!

He was knowledgeable and friendly, such a hard worker!! He had to leave and go get another part to fix my refrigerator - he stayed until the job was done! I would definitely use Sears /Pierre again!

I got a chance to work with Tyler and he’s amazing!! Super professional, very friendly and gets the job done… he fixed my washing machine. He got it done quick and for a reasonable price. every time it’s been a pleasure … thank you Tyler he comes very highly recommended.

Lito is an excellent technician who knows what he is doing! He replaced the compressor in my refrigerator. He was thorough and made sure everything was connected properly. He answered any questions I had. He was skilled at his job, professional and friendly.
