Very disappointed in the service!! They gave a time from 8-4pm. Which is extremely to long of a window. He missed out on working overtime yesterday $50hr. He arrived around 4pm. But he stayed in his car for another 15 mins, which made him late, my husband had to flag him to come in. Also didn’t have a clue on what he was doing as far as replacing our ice maker. My husband had to point him in the right direction to replace it. From it sounds like he came out of Cracker Jack box.

My repair took several months and the issue was never fix , the reason it took several months is because they kept canceling my appointment , they wouldn't cancel the day before but they waited until an hour before thier 12 hour window was up this happenedat least 7 times. Would not recommend for any work.

Didn’t fix anything. After tech ordered parts that didn’t fix dryer, $441 then suggested replacing motherboard for over $464. Well of course I’m not putting that much money to fix a $1200 dryer. I got scammed by Sears repair services

This is the worst service company I have ever called for a repair our double oven. They say "same day service" I called for service in the morning on 4/30, received an appointment time that same day of 1pm to 4:30pm and no one showed up. Received a text at 9:00pm that night that they had an opening on 5/1, I said YES I want it, No one showed up. A repairman came this morning 5/2 at 8am and gave me a quote for over $921 to replace a touchpad and that was taking off the $129 service charge which would make it an estimated $1050. I'm the Treasury of the HOA in the Autumn Grove Community in Grove City, OH with over 175 homes and I will inform all homeowners to NOT use Sears Appliance Repair because of their very poor service level and outrageous cost. Very Disappointed,

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. This was a dumpster fire. Nothing was repaired. Technician was rude and unwilling to address issues. Wanted a copy of id with our personal information. So now we have no repairs done and need to make another call. So frustrating.

My appliance ran well for three minutes while technician was here and when he left and we put our clothes on the dryer it was noisy than before!

I’ve never left a google review, since it’s negative I’ll just share the facts to be fair. Just hoping to save someone the frustration I experienced. Scheduling was all AI. They no showed on me. Said they could come the next day and when I accepted that, they said it would actually be 4 more days. Gave me an 11 hour window where the would come, and AI text me 5 minutes before end of window to say they wouldn’t make it. When I text back and asked if I would receive a discount they said contact customer service. I did that and it was AI. I asked AI to speak to a person. When they said why, I told them and then they said they had no live reps in their customer service department.

The technician assigned to come to my home never showed up but forged my signature on documents saying that he was here and did repairs

Unless you have a home warranty do not call this company to fix your appliances.

My tech was the best. Fixed problem and made sure repair worked. But ice now comes out in solid blocks
