Bennie was great. He fixed the issue I originally called about however I noticed after he left that the small top right burner will not operate without one of the other ones on.

The technician was on time, pleasant, and has hopefully resolved the air conditioning problem, but when I asked him nicely 2 times to please take a look at the inside unit, as I am concerned about air leaking from the ductwork, he refused. He advised me to go to the hardware store to purchase tape. I’m at Lowe’s now, and they seem confused about what kind of tape I need. I don’t know anything about fixing air conditioners, and am disappointed, as I’m now hoping I am purchasing the correct tape. He also advised that I clean the outside unit with a hose, and seemed reluctant when I asked him to please show me what he meant. He did at my request walk to the backyard with me to more fully explain directions on how to clean the unit. . So while the air conditioner seems to be blowing cool air, the experience could have been more positive.

Arrived early on the day of the 8 hour range. Identified the problem. The cost of the parts was prohibitive of the actual fix, however.

The technician did a great job, no complaints. The only issue was with communication. They said the tech would be here between 2-2:40, but didn't show up until 4:15.

We were extremely happy with the technicians who made the repair are only complaint is that we had an original appointment of a week ago and the part arrived on Wednesday our appointment was originally for Thursday and we got a text saying they rescheduled it cuz the part wasn't here and all attempts to let them know the part was here we could not contact anybody to get it changed to an earlier time but the server text ignitions did a wonderful job it's just there's no way for us to talk to anybody to get it scheduled for a better time for us and we were totally inconvenient without a washer for it in total week actually a week in 2 days
