UPDATE:Response from sears on google gave me a number that only goes to an automated system. Over a month later they sent the SAME tech as before and as per the pictures i added they were supposed to arive around 8 am and didnt show until almost 3. Terrible company with terrible employees. Absurdity! Demanded our deductible fee before he would even start, 20 min at my home, Talking to me rudely as if im bothering him with the history of the units problems. It's like he had already made up his mind of the issue before he even arrived. A/C still doesn't work, he claims it was due to a dirty filter that we changed out 2 weeks ago. Even asked if we still had the old one to confirm.... at a loss for words

Worst ever. I signed up for a service visit, and that part was ok. But the service window was 8am to 5pm the next day. And of which, nobody arrived. I checked 3 times and the appointment showed ad on schedule. But towards 5pm I checked again and the system said there was no service scheduled for my address and hung up on me. I tried again with the same result. So would I recommend them? No.

Worst service ever. They said they will come for washer diagnosis between 8am and 5pm. But they never showed up or even called to let me know if they are coming at all or at what time. When I called them at 5pm, they told me they might come between 6:30 and 7:30pm but couldn’t guarantee. I wasted my whole day waiting for them to come help. I ended canceling the service all together.
