I wish I could rate sears zero stars. Negative stars would be more appropriate. It took 6 weeks to fix our dishwasher. It took 4 weeks to get the part AFTER the appointment was cancelled 5 times so the tech could even order the part. The appointment was canceled a total of 8 times. This is beyond unacceptable. It took 15 minutes to put the part on after he finally got there. We’re disappointed in sears AND lowes.

The tech really didn't do much other then pull the screen out and saw a little lint. The actual vent was already clear with no blockages. The dryer drys linens but struggles with towels. I think he should have checked the heating element to make sure it was heating up properly. Cleaning lady even mentioned he didn't do anything. Quick way of taking money. Please send me out a different tech that will diagnose the situation, not take a quick way out. Also, the text said he would be there at 9:15 am. I paid someone to be there and he didn't show until after 11 am. Have a manager contact me.

Said he fixed it,,30 seconds later it quit again. Then told me it was no longer good. Could not process my check. Did not give me $30 off as promised when setting up appointment. Did not want to put on credit card. Very slow with phone processing.

Scheduled warranty repair on dryer. Time window for service was 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. they canceled at 5 P.M. the first service reservation. Then on the rescheduled date they set time window for 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. again. So we waited yet again another day for service just to be cancelled at the 5P.M. Time. This was a complete waste of our time and after calling and receiving an answer to when a technician could arrive in one month’s time we decided to warn others of this terrible service. In my opinion this company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat customers. Please read this review before wasting your time with this company.
