Although Tim could not repair my fridge he was polite , professional and courteous. He did seem to know exactly what he was doing, and also brought to my attention it may be under warranty.

Arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up, and was out the door. Exactly how service should happen. However, your AI is TERRIBLE! I can't believe that a legacy company like Sears would replace good, hard-working service people handling the phones and setting up appointments with a robot. No wonder the company went bust. The idiots at the top are making bad decisions.
