Fixed washer
He did well. I only wish he was given all the info. Example I said washer was showing codes E2 and LF. He was only given the E2 code thus it didn't get fixed the first time. I had to pay daughter to go to laundry mat and do wash. Waste of time and money. Also, you need to have separate number for people with protection plan and those who don't.

Quick and educational
He knew exactly what was wrong and ran a cycle before he left. I got a text message when he was on the way which was amazing. He did not judge me for the mess in my house as I was reorganizing a space. He loves dogs and played fetch with them while he was waiting for the cycle. Definitely the best service I have received from a service call that was complicated to set up and only had a time frame of 8-5.

Engineering defect
I purchased this same product prior to its redesign to include a top small pullout shelf for cutlery items etc. The shelf itself has, in my opinion, been added to this dishwasher without proper understanding of space for clearance. The inside gasket around the door enclosure has a tendency to hang up on the top pullout shelf. Creating a defect in the addition of this top shelf. This product should be recalled for this design fault or replacement as a result. This continues to occur resulting in your home service person to make repeated visits inconveniencing my time & concern for future failures. FYI, I've requested your service person to remove this shelf as I have no interest in this item to disrupt the further use of your dishwasher. Yours truly, A VERY DISAPPOINTED CONSUMER!!!
