Im very pleased with Gerald the technician I had how ever, I lost an entire day's pay because I had a scheduled day for them to come the day before so I stayed home. Cause the technician was supposed to be there early morning. I how ever late in the day got a text saying do yo unforseen circumstances a technician would not be out that day. Had I known I could've went to work and not lost an entire day for nothing.
