I believe my tech’s name was Dan? He was very helpful with diagnostics and helping me learn about my washing machine. I asked a lot of questions and he received them all very willingly and with really useful answers, suggestions, and recommendations with explanations for me. 10/10 would use Sears again and hopefully have Dan again!

This is officially my go to appliance fix it team. James was so nice and communicated clearly and thoroughly. He provided pics and videos since I couldn’t be present during the repair. All other companies in the area couldn’t come out for a week but Sears came out the following day. When I made the initial call I was a little confused because I thought I was calling a small business but it ended up being sears. Dont let that deter you from using them. It’s not the store, it is a repair service.

My technician, Joe, was awesome. Very polite and knowledgeable. He explained things and showed me exactly what he was doing. I wasn't happy with the charges, but that wasn't on him. I think the company should reevaluate their charging methods, so that if it really is a minor adjustment, the technician can adjust the cost to show that. $400 for a door adjustment and putting a dislodged shield on the ice container is ridiculous.
