Thank goodness this is under warranty!! They Fixed part of what was wrong with my washer/dryer combo. It spins without clunking! Yay! But it leaks really bad still. Right into the drawer in the pedestal underneath it. So I have to call lg again. Yippee. The guys were nice. The one even put towels down to clean up water and keep my floor and countertop safe from nicks and dirt. But here I am with a ton of laundry that I will probably gave to take to the laundromat because of my leaky machine. I am going to bill LG!

My dishwasher was repaired and is working fine. But no one showed up on the day of appointment and I was not notified that repairman wasn’t available, after waiting all day. . When I inquired online why no one showed up or called, I was directed to reschedule . The repairman showed up the second day as scheduled.

My wife got a text around noon saying the technician would be there around 1:25pm. He finally showed up around 5pm Very disappointed in the customer service, I pay monthly for the warranty service, if you are a paying member, I would have thought you’d get precedence over new or non members, I was told there were no available appointments until June 18th as a paying customer, so I went to the website and used my wife’s name and email and got an appointment next day. As a paying member they’ve cancelled on us twice. We would have been without our dryer for two months with the new parts for the dryer sitting on top. The service technician has always been good and done a good job of fixing appliances. But they need to get their priorities right. Service technician 5 stars Customer service 1 star

Very unorganized staff as well as customer service. It took over a month and a half just to fix my refrigerator. They kept canceling due to the parts not being in. In the meantime, I had already stated that I had all the parts that Was needed to complete the job. They Canceled on me three times without telling me. It was a no call no show I actually had to call and ask them what’s going on. My husband stated If our refrigerator go back out again, we will not be going through our home owners insurance ,we would rather Pay two grand or more for a new refrigerator than to have them come back out to attempt to repair it again.

My dryer was diagnosed, motor replaced, and when dryer cycle completed it won’t shut off now. Dryer cycle was never tested to completion of problem would been discovered. The worst problem is the AI assistant scheduling you cannot talk to anyone it’s all only automated. You have to agree to pay $129 every time you respond to the system.

My suggestion would be you train your people to repair my particular washer/dryer combo. Gerald is not trained to fix it and you sent him once and tried to send him a second time. My unit is still NOT fixed.
