Dennis did a fantastic job! He called ahead to let me know the approximate time he would arrive, and the entire time that he was at my house, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it, and he made sure that he addressed all of our questions and concerns before he left. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, for any appliance repair!
