Service man was extremely nice and professional. Was also very thorough. Sears notifications were consistent even between visits. Only complaint is the AI assisted notifications offering sooner appts never responded when i would complete the action it requested. Regardless, overall happy with service. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

Chris was really knowledgeable and considerate. He called me back when he said he was going to to see if I had heard anything and I had not so then he contacted them to see about the repair and what was going on and then he got back with me.
