Review of David's Service today
David showed up right on time. He is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose what the problem was with our washing machine. He patiently walked us through the steps we would need to take to prevent this issue in the future. He has helped us in the past, and we would feel very confident to use his services in the future.

Quick and courteous. Installer was very knowledgeable about our fridge and what we needed to fix it. He ordered the part, returned and installed. Now I can make ice.

Fix refrigerator
Timothy came to the door and immediately Timothy immediately introduced Friendly, Timothy was friendly, respectful and professional. It only took him 5-10 minutes to diagnose the problem and carefully Put the parts that were there back inside the refrigerator so we did not have a mess on our hands. Timothy was friendly, respectful and almost immediately found out what was wrong with our refrigerator. He explained the problem in terms we could understand. He then put all of the parts back into the refrigerator so we did not have a mess in our house. It only took Tim a very few minutes to see the problem. He explained the problem in terms that we could understand. In all, we believe Tim to be an excellent employee.

Outstanding Technician
Tim did a great job and got our Kenmore refrigerator up and running in just a couple of hours. He's very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem (failed fan motor) within 20 minutes. He happened to have a part that he felt would do the job but wouldn't know until it was fully assembled. If it didn't, he would have had to order the exact part and we'd have to wait 6 days to get it installed. I let him know that this was unacceptable and he checked his personal inventory. Found the Whirlpool part. Tried it. And it worked as advertised. So nice to have a fridge that works like new. Thanks Tim!

Jessica came out after another tech diagnosed the problem by phone and ordered parts. Jessica found out it was a different issue and had to order more parts. She also found a separate issue and got those parts too. She then made sure to schedule herself to put the parts on. It now works perfectly.
